West Kent Mind’s Creative Mind's Poetry Path Group have worked to transform the Riverhead Telephone Box into ‘THE MEMORY BOX’. Inspired by the theme 'our own memories’, and in collaboration with Chevening Primary School, the Poetry Path group and Year 5 children have created a collection of fantastic poems to exhibit. 'THE MEMORY BOX' displays the amazing pieces alongside objects featured in the poetry.

NOTE FROM WEST KENT MIND

West Kent Mind’s Creative Mind project is funded by the National Lottery. ​This Poetry Path Group has been running weekly online since September of last year. Led by author, Jennifer Godfrey and supported by West Kent Mind Wellbeing Worker, Sue Revell, participants come together to share their love of poetry, hear from guest speakers, complete writing exercises, create their own poetry and discuss each other’s work.  ​
